during the day but it frees up at night and they’d like to give some of
that freeness back to the customers.
Dohhh, Mr/Ms Official... I thought that was common knowledge. All manner of service-networks land, cellular, computer usually have their peaks during business and other "waking hours"
For the coder, it is a welcome relief and night-time browsing is a welcome discomfort in exchange for those extra bytes.
