Thats quite a mouthful there Concern, very genuine concerns that require someone even with half a brain to do something about them and not just sit in their spacious offices. Recently saw a "headline" that one can apply for a liquior license online, some technological progress but i just think the priority list is seriously upside down.( http://allafrica.com/stories/2... )
