They appear to be selling the "assets" or "equipment" - not the
company which holds the POTRAZ licence and frequencies to operate this
equipment. The company would presumably also have all the liabilities
which is why no one would buy it. Anyway it is most likely illegal for anyone to
buy this transmission equipment without a POTRAZ licence and the right
to use these frequencies - and only the company Valley/Spirit holds
those. Not really the best way to maximise value in their assets - but one assumes the creditors have lost patience. Check with regulator before bidding!
